Limitation of Time Within Which to File Claim Inapplicable During Period Claimant Incompetent. 1. Under Chapter 121, section 9, Laws of 1925, amendatory of section 2900, Revised Codes 1921 (Workmens Compensation Act), the limitation of six months from the date of an industrial accident within which an injured workman must file his claim for compensation does not apply where the claimant was mentally incompetent for some time thereafter; under such conditions the statute does not begin to run until he regains his competency. Appeal ? Correct Result, Wrong Reason Rule. 2. Where by a judgment or order of the district court the correct result was reached, it must be affirmed although the reason for the ruling was erroneous.
